Public Records Researcher Needed — Building Permit & Plan Document Lookup

We are looking for a public-records research assistant to locate official permit records and plan documents for multifamily properties. You will receive property names and addresses. Your job is to search official city/county permit portals and public document systems, find relevant construction permits or plan documents, and enter factual information into a spreadsheet with source links. These will be for major USA cities. Please do not guess or infer. Only capture information that is explicitly stated in official permit records, plan review documents, certificates of occupancy, or publicly available plan drawings. If something is unclear, mark it as uncertain.
