You will receive a professional Stock portfolio tracker developed in Excel.
The model connects live to external data sources to retrieve actual and historical prices for each ticker and provide easy to understand visualizations in a Dashboard page.
The Dashboard currently show the gain/loss per Sector, the total distribution of the portfolio per Sector and the weight of each individual company within that sector.
We all ask ourselves if we could have done a better allocation within the portfolio in the past and one visualization shows the performance of our holdings vs the 3 major indexes (S&P500 - Nasdaq and Dow Jones). The model does not just show the trend of the indexes but calculate what would have happened if - instead of buying individual holdings - you would have purchased the index instead.
If you are in income focused investor you will appreciate the impact of seeing your dividend income growing over time and the model show overall increase as well as increase Year over Year.
