Most "AI consultants" wire up a tool, hand you a login, and vanish. I'm the opposite. I build the system, I host it, I keep it alive. I run a real self-hosted AI fleet on my own hardware right now: an OpenClaw multi-agent gateway, n8n for workflow automation, Postgres, and local models, alongside cloud LLMs like Claude when the job calls for it.
