Front and back end development of a Learning Management System
Norman went above and beyond our expectations, completing all work to an extremely high standard. Norman always listened to our requests and asked questions where he needed to, he would often explain in plain english what he was coding and how it would assist our company/the tasks that were given to him. A few times during this project Norman would be asked to voice his opinions on any problems we had or any new ideas and on more than one occasion he came forward with excellent ideas.
Regardless of the time zone he was always available for meetings and would make himself available on short notice.
We hired Norman for the contract when he was relatively new to Upwork with little to no feedback on his profile but he performed excellently!

Norman was very professional, not only does he have an extensive and deep knowledge, he was also able to very accurately determine the job proposal and understand the desired outcome our company wanted. He was always on time and present at any check in meetings ensuring the time zone difference did not cause any set backs.
Not only did he explain every technical detail in simple English terms (for us non technical people) but he also kept a record and guide for our or any future developers reference.
