Teaching English - Chatschool

Bubble form-builder project
Ian built a fully functional app in Bubble as part of this project.
Since Day 1 Ian has
a) Produced very good work, very good Bubble 'no-code'. Logical and neat.
b) Been easy to communicate and responsive. No big gaps from Ian. Never once did I wonder 'when is he going to reply??'
c) Proactively come up with solutions - when he encounters a problem he doesn't just come back and say "X won't work, what do I do now?' he will say "X won't work - I had the idea that we could do Y and I did a small test and it seems like it will work'. But just to be clear - if you ask 'please build X' he will first try to build X.
d) Just been a nice guy, a friendly warm person. I like to work with people like that.
I am ending the contract as I will not be spending time on this app for the next 3 months but if I come back to it I will re-hire Ian.
