Here I am sharing basic understanding of Multi-vendor Rental Marketplace on the basis of our previous experience, please take a look.
User Interfaces:-

1. Customer: User will sign up using email and social accounts. User will search the rental space based on the location, time and number of person. User will get listing and where they will be able to filter the search based on the location, availability, space, services and more. The user will book rental space by connecting with the rental space provider/renter and paying them online using CC/DC, PayPal or any other payment method. The customer will rate and review the rental space provider.
2. Rental Space Provider/Renter: The Rental space provider will list their services on a platform using their email and their personal details, property details and their location. The rental space will be verified by admin before getting public on application. The rental service provider will receive booking request and they will accept and reject request based on the availability. The rental space provider will set their availability on calendar.

Mobile App Developer for Image Analysis and Subscription Management
This freelancer had significant communication issues throughout the project. Although he operates with a team, the team members did not communicate directly with the client, which caused delays and misunderstandings. Both the freelancer and his team struggled to understand and resolve bugs in their own code. Response times were consistently slow, and in some cases messages were ignored. At times, responses were emotional or unrelated to the technical issues being discussed. Overall, the freelancer was unable to effectively follow up on the project, and it concluded with numerous unresolved bugs.
