I build custom AI concierge chatbots that answer customer questions, explain your services, recommend the right next step, capture qualified leads, and escalate when a human should take over.
This is not a generic FAQ bot. Your AI concierge is configured around your actual business, website content, FAQs, services, products, policies, tone, and customer journey. It knows when to answer, ask a follow-up question, guide the visitor, or escalate.
Includes:
• AI concierge setup and installation
• Business knowledge configuration
• FAQ and service training
• Product/service recommendation flow
• Lead intake and contact form flow
• Mobile-responsive implementation
Works with most websites that support custom code, embeds, or widget installation.
