Automation Expert Needed — Shopify + n8n / Make.com / Zapier | AI Chatbots | Order Workflow
Okay so I posted this job at like 2am after another night of manually updating inventory across Shopify and Airtable. Faith's proposal actually mentioned the pain points I forgot to write down. That was clue one he knew his stuff.
He built n8n flows that route our orders properly, one-offs go one way, subscriptions another, and somehow it all just works. No more me waking up to fix broken automations. Airtable syncs itself. HubSpot actually sends emails to the right people at the right time. Notion shows me what's happening without me begging my team for updates.
The chatbot was his idea. I asked for order tracking, he built this thing that lives on our site and Messenger and actually sounds like a person. Customers love it. I love that I'm not answering "where's my order" at midnight anymore.
He finished early. Tested everything for holiday traffic. Wrote docs my team could follow.
Honestly? Kind of annoyed I didn't find him sooner.
