I wish i could get a refund for the "work" that was actually done. I was hoping to work together through a web app and was just ghosted. I attempted many times to try to get updates and was told once sorry and then just no response. Be cautious breaking the projects into milestones. I did so and was sent figma work and then just completely ignored after releasing payment for that milestone. I was first presented with prices for a whole project, so I just assumed breaking them down to Milestones wouldn't matter cause I'll have a completed project in the end. Now im stuck having paid $350 for figma work that was not my end goal.
Update: I requested to receive the money I had at escrow and a dispute. Really unfortunate and will now navigate upwork way more carefully.
