Need A Tech VA Russell joined us last week, and I gave him a test; communication issues started from there. He logged off one day without telling me, which I don't believe he worked. He also told me the day before his shift about his sister's wedding, and then he said the next few days he was sick, which he billed me for, and he didn't even finish the task. Not good...
