M2 Reporter Software Development Proposal
We started working with Aleksandar several years ago. He helped improve our existing program. That first project went very well. We decided to move forward with him on the new project of creating a new version of the software. It started off well for the first several months. After that, communication started to go downhill. We wouldn't hear anything from him unless we reached out. Apparently, he was having personal issues that interfered with him getting our project done. Instead of communicating this with us and suggesting some solutions he just didn't tell us what was going on and did not work on the project. We finally had to cancel the project and look for another programmer. Project code we got from him was about 20% done when it should have been at least 40% done. So, now we are a couple years behind schedule and out the money we paid him.
