Three departures from typical CMS-driven sites: ISR over pure SSR (predictable cost, fast cold loads), image pipeline tuned to Core Web Vitals targets (p75 LCP under 1.5s on real-world devices), design tokens not hardcoded styles (theme survives a redesign).
