I take old WordPress sites that have grown slow and plugin-heavy and rebuild them as clean Next.js apps. I did exactly this for a client running a 6-year-old WordPress platform. I moved it to Next.js with TypeScript, Redis caching, ISR and SSR, i18n routing with proper hreflang and canonical tags, dynamic sitemaps, and real-time metals and FX API integration.
