He is a sweet talker but didn't explain a single thing he did. I keep asking him to go over what he has done to fix the index issue and he kept saying he's analyzing. I specifically hired him to just figure out the issue with index which I later found out from Google and its not an issue, I was checking the wrong link. He could have said, there are no issues. He took the money saying he finished it but didn't explain what he did. On top of that he added new index and turned off all yoast index pages which put us really down on google. He spent time analyzing the other issues that I didn't ask him for and than he said he will bill that milestone when it's done on top of the project I paid him for.
