Build An AI Email Monitoring System | MS 365, Power Automate, ChatGPT

We need a Microsoft 365 / Power Automate and AI specialist to help us build a simple but reliable email monitoring workflow for our sales team. The goal is to automatically review all outgoing and/or incoming sales emails, identify quality issues, and flag anything that needs management attention automatically. This is not a huge enterprise build. We want a practical, fast, working solution using Microsoft 365, Outlook, Power Automate, SharePoint/Excel/Dataverse, and ideally AI where appropriate. Ideally I would like the system to monitor things like: Poor spelling and grammar on outgoing emails Customers becoming infuriated in income emails People mentioning certain alert words like refund or manager Monitor email tone for rude, lazy or dismissive outbound emails from our staff Unanswered complaints Sales opportunities being missed My thoughts are Microsoft 365 / Outlook Power Automate Shared mailboxes or individual sales rep mailboxes SharePoint List, Excel, or Dataverse for logging results Microsoft Copilot / AI Builder / Azure OpenAI / OpenAI API if appropriate Teams or email alerts for high-risk items I would like email alerts to serious red flags As well as a summary either via teams, slack or email of potential issues. A flow could be Power Automate checks selected sales peoples mailboxes. New sent or received emails are captured. Email content is analysed against a quality checklist. The workflow scores or categorises the email. Any risky email is logged to go in a daily summary to me Serious issues trigger a Teams/email alert to management. LONG TERM A dashboard could be built in vercel or similar. But thats long term after we get it working properly. Please address the following questions Have you built anything similar before? How would you monitor multiple Microsoft 365 mailboxes? Would you recommend SharePoint, Excel, or or email summary for the logging/reporting? What AI tool would you use to assess email quality?
