GHL Automation Specialist CRM + API Integrations for Insurance Brokerage (Make.com, Parserr)

I run a wholesale insurance brokerage and I’m building out a GoHighLevel CRM that’s heavy on automation and integrations — not a website or funnel project. I have a detailed build brief ready to share. I’m looking for someone who lives in the automation/integration side of GHL, not landing-page design. Job scope includes sticking around to help me navigate it once build is complete. What the build involves: • GHL setup: custom fields, two sales pipelines, lead intake, tags • Email parsing into GHL (Parserr) — pulling structured data from inbound emails into the CRM • A self-service intake form (Fillout) feeding the same pipeline • Integration between GHL and our agency management system (NowCerts) via Make.com and API — creating policy records on a stage change, pulling data back • A library of automations: follow-up drips, internal alerts, time-tracking on leads, document generation triggers, payment-status tracking, partner/referral tracking with fee logic • Reporting dashboard (conversion, time-to-quote, etc.) • A recorded handoff/training session so I can edit things myself afterward You’re a strong fit if you: • Have built GHL workflows and automations well beyond the basics • Are fluent in Make.com (or Zapier) and comfortable with API integrations between platforms • Can connect tools that don’t natively talk to each other • Communicate clearly and can explain things to a non-developer • Bonus: experience with insurance agencies or NowCerts/AMS platforms Not a fit if your focus is websites, funnels, or design — this is a CRM/automation/integration build.
