Previous build was lost; starting fresh. Scope Build pipelines, stages, and custom fields Renewal/follow-up sequences (email + SMS + call tasks) CSV lead import into a defined field structure Connect GHL to an external API through Make.com (no direct webhooks) Must have Strong GoHighLevel (workflows, pipelines, custom fields) Make.com integration API/webhook experience Clear documentation + Loom handoff
