Remote Construction Project Manager (Residential Design-Build) Overview Opulent Design Build is seeking an experienced **Remote Construction Project Manager** to support residential remodeling and design-build projects throughout Southern California. This is a remote position focused on project coordination, scheduling, subcontractor management, client communication, and keeping projects moving efficiently from pre-construction through completion. While the role is remote, candidates should have a strong understanding of residential construction and be comfortable managing projects, teams, and vendors virtually. We are looking for a proactive, organized professional who can take ownership of projects and help drive results. Responsibilities * Manage residential remodeling and construction projects remotely from planning through completion * Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors * Review plans, scopes of work, and project specifications * Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones * Follow up with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure accountability * Assist with budgeting, estimating, and change order management * Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues * Maintain organized project documentation and reporting * Participate in virtual team and client meetings * Ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with company goals Qualifications * Proven experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects * Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and project execution * Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment * Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities * Fluent English communication (written and verbal) Preferred Experience * Design-build construction * Residential remodels and additions * ADUs and custom home projects * Luxury residential construction * JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar project management software * Southern California construction experience Position Details * **Remote Position** * Part-time to start with potential for long-term growth * Flexible schedule * Must be available for meetings during U.S. business hours * Competitive compensation based on experience To Apply Please include: 1.
