Shopify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Store Optimization Expert About Us We are a 17-year-established, family-owned U.S. company that designs and sells premium jigsaw puzzles. We have a strong wholesale business and a growing direct-to-consumer Shopify store. We're looking for an experienced Shopify expert who understands what makes customers buy—not just someone who can build a website. Our goal is simple: increase Shopify sales by improving our website, customer experience, and conversion rate. What You'll Do We want someone who can review our Shopify store and recommend and implement improvements that lead to more sales. Responsibilities include: Audit our Shopify store and identify conversion opportunities. Improve homepage, collection pages, and product pages. Optimize navigation and overall user experience. Improve mobile shopping experience. Recommend and install Shopify apps and widgets that increase conversions. Create effective promotional banners, discount tabs, and announcement bars. Set up upsells, cross-sells, bundles, and related product recommendations. Implement sticky Add-to-Cart functionality. Improve trust with reviews, guarantees, badges, and social proof. Improve product page layout, images, and purchasing flow. Recommend checkout improvements where Shopify allows. Help increase Average Order Value (AOV). Improve email capture through pop-ups and welcome offers. Recommend A/B tests and provide a roadmap for ongoing optimization. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With Shopify Shopify theme customization Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Shopify apps and integrations Shopify design best practices User Experience (UX) Shopify Plus experience (a plus, but not required) Klaviyo integrations (bonus) Ideal Candidate You understand customer behavior and know how to turn more visitors into buyers. You're comfortable recommending improvements—not just waiting for instructions. You stay current with Shopify best practices and know which apps and widgets actually improve conversions. Please Include 2–3 Shopify stores you've optimized. Before-and-after conversion improvements you've achieved. Examples of Shopify apps or widgets you've implemented.
