Vibe Coding App Developer (US-Based)

Grocapitus Investments is a data-driven real estate investment firm that educates investors through cutting-edge digital tools and content. We're looking for a creative, technically curious developer to join our small, fast-moving team and help build AI-powered applications that deliver real educational value to our investor community. The Role You'll work directly under our CEO — a hands-on technologist — to design, build, and iterate on internal and investor-facing apps using the latest AI and vibe coding tools. You'll be given real creative latitude to bring ideas to life quickly, with Claude, DeepSeek, and similar platforms as your primary building blocks. This is not a traditional engineering role. We move fast, ship often, and use AI to do the heavy lifting. Your job is to direct the tools, shape the output, and deliver apps that genuinely help real estate investors learn and make better decisions. What You'll Do Build lightweight, functional apps under the direction of our CEO. We already have a hosted platform, so you will hit the ground running. Use Claude, DeepSeek, and other AI/vibe coding platforms to develop features rapidly. No manual coding, all code is written by AI Collaborate with our marketing and investor relations teams to understand user needs Iterate quickly based on feedback — you'll ship early and improve often Document your process so others on the team can learn and contribute Log all hours accurately using WebWork time tracking What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in a computer engineering, computer science, or related program (preferred) Demonstrated experience with vibe coding tools (Claude, DeepSeek, Cursor, Replit, v0, etc.) Ability to turn a concept or brief prompt into a working prototype Comfortable working independently and communicating async across a small team Genuine curiosity about real estate investing is a plus — not required Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work Compensation & Logistics $30/hour (USD) 100% remote Flexible schedule; estimated 10–20 hours/week to start Opportunity to grow with the team as we expand our digital education platform To apply, send a brief note about yourself and examples of apps or tools you've built using AI/vibe coding platforms.
