I have an associate's degree as an IT Technician as well. I always like to pay attention to details when handling a situation with a customer, I want them to feel comfortable with me and the service I'm providing. I feel comfortable learning new things and adapting to changes in my work environment. One of the reasons I like to work is because I will learn something new and help others with that something.
