Job Title Technical Access & DevOps Administrator (Git/AWS/Firebase/Cloudflare) – Precision-Driven Role ⸻ Company FitCheck – AI-powered virtual try-on platform scaling rapidly with a global engineering team. ⸻ Overview We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Technical Access Administrator to own and manage all developer access, credentials, and system permissions across our infrastructure. This is a mission-critical role. You will be responsible for ensuring zero gaps, zero delays, and perfectly maintained records across all systems. If you are not extremely organized, process-driven, and responsive — this role is not for you. ⸻ Core Responsibilities Access & Account Management • Create and manage developer accounts across: • Git (GitHub/GitLab) • AWS • Firebase • Postman • App Store / Google Play Console • Cloudflare • Serp API • Runpod • Jira • Grant and revoke permissions based on role requirements • Ensure principle of least privilege is always enforced Credential & Record Management • Maintain a master access sheet / password vault with: • 100% accuracy • Real-time updates • Clear ownership and permission logs • Track: • Who has access to what • When access was granted/revoked • Credential changes and updates Monitoring & Compliance • Monitor developer activity: • Ensure developers have proper repo access • Confirm code pushes and activity where required • Flag: • Inactive users • Unauthorized access • Missing permissions blocking work Infrastructure Operations • Handle operational tasks such as: • Domain transfers (e.g., Cloudflare account migrations) • API key management • Environment setup coordination • Execute tasks immediately upon request with zero follow-up needed Execution & Ownership • Apply for programs such as: • AWS credits • Startup programs • Follow through to completion without reminders ⸻ Requirements (Strict) • Proven experience managing: • AWS IAM • Git repositories (permissions, SSH keys) • Firebase projects • Cloudflare domains & DNS • Experience with password managers (1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, etc.) • Strong understanding of: • Access control systems • Security best practices • Extremely detail-oriented (non-negotiable) • Fast response time and high accountability • Ability to maintain clean, auditable documentation ⸻ Nice to Have • DevOps background • Experience in startup environments • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines ⸻ Screening Questions (Required) 1.
