Seeking email customer care support for four (4) ecommerce stores. Schedule & Hours: Sunday: One (1) Hour Monday: One (1) Hour Tuesday: None Wednesday: One (1) Hour Thursday: None Friday: One (1) Hour Saturday: None Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support via Email - Responding To & Managing Emails 2. Modifying Customer & Order Information for Incorrect Addresses Scope: Your job will be to manage the email boxes of four (4) ecommerce stores four (4) times per week for one (1) hour each day. The job requires four (4) total hours per week. You will respond to and manage all customer emails including but not limited to: (i) package tracking, (ii) order modifications, (iii) issues with orders, and (iv) exchanges/returns. At the end of every shift, you will provide a summary of the tasks completed. Timeline: This will be a regular ongoing job indefinitely. Requirements: - English fluency is required. - Experience using Shopify and DSers is preferred.
