Overview We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of AI-powered medical software used in real-time clinical environments. This role sits at the intersection of AI-driven software, product management, and clinical workflows. You will work closely with physicians, software engineers, hardware teams, and AI researchers to translate complex clinical needs into intuitive, scalable product experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Definition * Translate strategic goals, clinical needs, and technical capabilities into product priorities and features. * Define workflows, feature behavior, user interactions, and acceptance criteria. * Write clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams. * Identify workflow risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Design intuitive experiences for high-stakes, time-sensitive environments. 2. Product Delivery * Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute the product roadmap. * Own and maintain the product backlog. * Coordinate sprint planning, releases, and cross-functional dependencies. * Lead design reviews and ensure product readiness for production. 3. Workflow Optimization * Improve usability of complex clinical workflows. * Conduct and lead usability studies, incorporating feedback into product improvements. * Gather and translate end-user feedback into actionable product changes. * Ensure seamless integration into clinical and operational environments. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Act as the bridge between clinicians, engineers, and AI/R&D teams. * Align product decisions with technical, clinical, and regulatory requirements. * Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders. Requirements Must Have * 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product-related Project Manager, ideally in medical software. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products. * Proven ability to write product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria. * Strong organizational and prioritization skills. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub Issues. * Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have * Experience in regulated environments (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA, MDR). * Exposure to AI/ML products, especially human-in-the-loop systems. * Interest or experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or interventional medicine. * Experience with integrated software-hardware systems. Additional Notes * Strong English communication skills are required. * This is a contractor position; no employee benefits are included.
