Content manager for educational parenting app

We're a children's education and parenting app preparing for launch, and we need a skilled writer to create original content from scratch — primarily articles, but potentially other written content (guides, activity descriptions, parenting tips, lesson copy, etc.). This is an ongoing role with regular content needs. **What you'll do** - Define content strategy for the app (aritcles, courses, etc) - Write original, well-researched articles and content aligned to our topics and audience (can be done with claude) - Adapt tone for our two audiences: parents (clear, warm, trustworthy) and/or children (simple, engaging, age-appropriate) - Follow content briefs, style guidelines, and word-count targets - Ensure accuracy, especially on any educational, developmental, or parenting claims - Self-edit and deliver clean, publish-ready drafts - Collaborate on topic ideas and content calendars Ideal candidate - Strong writer with a portfolio of published articles or content - Experience writing for parenting, education, childcare, or family audiences (strongly preferred) - Able to write clearly and accurately, citing reputable sources where needed - Comfortable adapting voice for different audiences - Self-directed, reliable, and meets deadlines - Bonus: background in early childhood education, teaching, or child development
