Recreate my logo image

T-Shirt Graphics Resizing
as we where working on an hourly contract I had some other graphic resizing come up that was over and above what we were already working on. I asked him if he would agree to do these by the piece instead of hourly and he agreed then to my surprise he charged me his hourly rate. he used the excuse we had an hourly contract which I get but you should have told me to start a new contract or not agree to the per piece job I had given him. I dont believe this was a communication issue as it was very clear what was going on and what I wanted. After I brought it up and showed him the conversation he still insisted on the time he worked then after I mentioned I would report this he wanted to give some of my money back. At the end he did apologize and wanted to give my money back however the damage has been done and I felt like I was being scammed. One thing I forgot to mention was at the very beginning of our contract I mentioned I don't like working hourly and I would prefer to do all by piece as who knows how long the hourtly will take as I want to make sure the cost will meet my budget for the project and said no problem I will work within your budget
