Background:
Our SaaS application assesses a set of defined attributes of an organization. It then compares the organization's performance against a standard and the performance of other organizations within the same federated network.

Our objective is to discover shared attributes (weak & strong) among organizations across the federation then provide 3D visualization of
   1) a traced line of all directly connected organizations that share certain filtered attributes
   2) determine if the trace is systemic to the federation (attributes shared by series of organizations (3 or 4 or more...).

Current Methodology:
We measure performance attributes against a simplified but proven maturity model (CMMI) comprised of 4 levels (0-3 (zero inclusive)). So each organization will have an overall maturity score (0-3).

Deliverable: Proof of Concept

Requirements:
1. Display a 3D visualization of the entire federation of organizations.

2. Display models will be manipulative meaning, the UI (3D display) should be able to be viewed from a range of different angles.

3. Organize & display relationships based on each organization's color coded, tiered relational rank a) Upstream Organization, b) as a critical partners or c) as a non critical partners.

*Color coded ranking will be provided.

4. Display and Identify via filter, the maturity level color code of each organization within the federation.

5. Filter and display a trace line of organizations across the federation of shared the same maturity levels.

6. Display meta-data (hover with mouse) such as company name, tiered relationship and maturity level.

Project Milestone Road Map:
    #1: Suggest we can start with 2D views to ensure we have the different filtered
    views and assigned metadata in place.
