Get packing slip data from Picqer API and output in CSV file
Ha Viet responded quickly, came up with a good solution and was able to implement changes fast. For next API-related tasks, we'll definitely work with him again.

Creating macros for excel for some automation
This is the first FL we have worked with that felt like he threw a tantrum. Yes he did make changes as requested, I told him that I'll give him the final comments once he i can confirm that the excel runs, and all this whilst I was travelling, I told him that I'll review and respond in a week and he demanded that I finialse payment straight away. I felt rather appalled at his attitude. I told him that I'll pay, the money was already in eschew but I just don't have cell signal to do the final check and to just give me a few more days but he ended the contract. I felt it unreasonable as he threatened ending and disputing this contract while I was asking only for 2 more days (when I get my cell signal)!
