Accuracy, reliability, punctuality are generally the required minima for a translator. I would add an important quality, whatever document to be written or translated: appropriate style and high readability, which is just as much important to interest, appeal, explain, tell, inform or communicate with French audience, readers or customers. I can use CAT tools like Trados (2014), MemoQ, PoEdit or MateCat on demand, but all my translations are obviously 100% manual. Machines have no mind and don't what they are writing about. My main working apps are Office 2016 (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Antidote 9. And I have a Google account (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs...) if needed.
