Former Head of Business Development turned B2B cold email marketer. I spend 100% of my time building and running cold email campaigns for companies that want to build their pipeline. I've sent over 1 million emails using my battle tested system on behalf of companies across a number of different industries - IT, agencies, SaaS/software, consumer products, edtech, fintech, M&A, contracting, etc. I am responsible for driving over $200m USD worth of business throughout my career. I'm a 6x startup veteran, and three times I was the first sales hire at a company. I am the guy you let handle business development while you focus on growing the rest of the business. These days I help companies that have great solutions build the top of their sales funnels. My typical clients are founders/heads of department that are handling sales but don't have time to build a pipeline, or bigger sales teams that want to throw gas on the fire so their reps spend more time with real prospects. There are multiple ways that I can work with companies, but the most common is to set up and run a system for them that generates opportunities with very little effort on their end. If you're thinking about cold email, doing cold email, want to add AI to your cold email, struggling with email deliverability, or just want to sell more we should chat - I can help you out. Here are some of my preferred tools that I use for different things: - CRM: HubSpot, Monday.com, Pipedrive, Salesforce - Email: Apollo.io, Sendgrid, Mailreach, Klaviyo, Lemlist, Reply.io, Instantly.ai - LinkedIn: Sales navigator, Dux-Soup, Expandi, Lemlist - Sales engagement: Salesloft, Outreach.io - Sales enablement: Docusign, Pandadoc, Dealhub, Chili Piper - Sales intelligence: Fireflies.ai, Gong I do all of the following for the companies that I work with: - Domain setup - Deliverability setup and optimization - List building - Copywriting - A/B testing - AI enrichment (optional, but highly recommended) The thing that I do that's really cool is how I use artificial intelligence to improve a campaign. Most companies can "personalize" emails for you, but when you learn what that means it usually just includes adding variables like {{company_name}}, {{industry}}, etc. Even the companies that use AI will use it to say something generic like "I see that you do email marketing and it's really impressive". This doesn't work. I have the ability to scrape the website, social profiles, and news around your prospects to truly understand who they are. Then we use AI to answer questions about the company that you want to know - it could be something like "how much does their solution cost", "do they sell B2B or B2C", or "what types of customers do they sell to". These are just examples, the possibilities are virtually endless. The result of this approach is that you end up with a list of prospects that are actually a good fit for you. Most companies cold email campaigns are dead before they start because their lists aren't targeted. Once we have answers to the questions you want to know about your prospects we can integrate that information into your copy. We'll use custom variables that we create specifically for you, like {{solution_cost}}, or {{target_customers}}. Our emails will be much more focused, so your prospects will see "I see you charge $250/month for your SAAS subscription management platform, and you work with medium sized fintech companies". Once again this is just an example, but messages that I send let the prospect know that you actually did your research. This AI stuff is totally optional to do, but the results are fantastic so it's highly recommended.
