Now when it comes to handling prospect's objection I have created an 8-step formula, which is guaranteed to handle any objection, regardless of the product, client or whether you sell on the phone or face to face. I have studied hundreds of salespeople, sales calls, and clients, so I can gain a better understanding to why they become defensive with the fight or flight mode mentality, during the closing phase.
