COMMISSION ROLES: Straight Commission: I work on select straight commission projects that are Closing Only, where appointments are pre-set and added directly to my calendar during my available time slots and do not require a set time block or amount of hours. Blocked Time: If you’d like me to block off specific times or dedicate a specified number of hours, I require a hybrid arrangement: a negotiated fixed-price contract to secure the time, combined with a slightly reduced commission. This is something that we would need to discuss. WHAT I DON'T DO: No Use of Personal Resources: I only work with client-provided email, phone, or social media accounts. No Free Add-Ons: Services like scriptwriting, sales management, marketing advice, CRM enhancement, or sales strategy are a separate, fixed-price contract.
