As an HR thought leader, my role is to facilitate that understanding and offer a well-stocked HR toolkit that allows personnel at every level to benefit from the organization's progress. Achieving this depends of having a comprehensive view of how the organization currently functions and developing the processes and procedures that will facilitate positive change. I then routinely manage workforce planning and development, talent recruitment and management, and leadership development and succession planning. As a data-driven analyst, I keep tabs of our progress all the time, which allows me to identify potential roadblocks and eliminate them without delay. I also train and mentor personnel throughout the organization to ensure that we are all on the same page with respect to goals and how to reach them. My organizational experience has been broad and diverse. I have handled all HR functions for a daily newspaper with 1,100 employees at 18 locations, managed the global HR needs of an international purveyor of luxury goods, and served as a full business partner within a 25,000-member benefits fund with 160 employees. In every case, my involvement has enhanced engagement, boosted performance, and delivered significant growth.
