Hi, my name is Michelle. I have been a VA for almost 2 years now. I was a virtual assistant for a direct home buyer client. It was purely cold calling. I need to submit leads who are willing to receive offers for their properties. Part of the task is to gather details such as the number of beds and baths, total square footage, cooling units, garage, recent improvements made on the property, a remaining mortgage to be paid, and many others. It was also part of the task to ask for the asking price, and the days the seller wants the property to be closed. After getting the details, I will then submit them to our acquisitions manager. I was getting an average of 3 leads a day. I did this for 7 months. I also had a cold calling and texting experience for a real estate company. We focused on Commercial properties such as Self Storage, Mobile Home and RV parks, Warehouses, Medical offices and other commercial buildings. The leads will be warm transferred to our Acquisitions Manager for evaluation and offers. Most of my leads were from texting. I did it for a year and 2 months. I can do skip tracing. I can research for properties that a client might be interested in buying. I can handle Residential and Commercial properties. I can also manage a Social Media account for a client. I tried handling Linkedin and Facebook accounts for a client to boost his/her post reach and engagement. I am highly trainable and very easy to work with. Integrity is very valuable for me.
