I was born in Rotterdam, Holland. In Rotterdam I finished my secondary school, started Pedagogy college. When I went to study Theology, I moved to the middle of the country. After that I went to the North of Holland for a job as a youth worker. Later I got a job near the Hague, after all I returned to Rotterdam. Since about 4 years I'm living in the U.K. and I got since than experience as a translator, interpreter and customer service, also blog writing and proofreading. People tell me that I'm social, I'm a good story teller, a good writer, I've got sense of humor. I was told to have a good sounding voice. I'm a fast worker, but accurate as well. I'm able to type blind.

I am a Dutch native speaker and have experience with translating, proofreading, localization, subtitling, interpreter services and transcribing for about 20 years (general, tourism, marketing, e-commerce, legal, IT, UI, automotive, gaming, casino, e-sports, finance, IP, technical manuals, annotation, engineering and scientific / medical related translation work).
