I have 25+ years experience as a startup engineer and executive. I was the head R&D engineer for Northrop Grumman Marine Systems, and wrote the machine-learning-based semiconductor yield enhancement software for several companies, including Applied Materials. Based on my business background, I consult with companies teaching them how to plan their engineering, marketing, sales, management, accounting, and fund raising. I write business plans, proposals, pitch decks, pro forma and help with fund raising. For several years, I wrote major defense project proposals of Northrop Grumman. The business plans and proposal I wrote in 2022 raised $80M in capital. Additionally, I have 30+ years of experience in the construction, power and energy industries, including engine, power plant, and ship design (steam, reciprocating piston, gas turbines, nuclear and solar thermal), waste-to-energy systems, bio-, and syn-fuel production (Green Atmospheric Methanol and Ethanol Plants), hydrogen production (SMR, electrolysis, and storage) for an onsite hydrogen refueling station, and emissions control systems. I have 20+ years of analytical consulting skills with machine learning, data mining, expert systems, statistics, decision analysis, risk analysis, big data, including data visualization.
