    Integrating the Business, Human-Centered Design, and Technical Domains. The secret in the sauce of good User Experience design is not just helping the product owner define the ask, research the users and then create an accessible, usable and useful experience, but working with the devs/implementation team to ensure that the experience that the Product Owner approved is actually brought to life in code as previously approved. Digital design doesn't begin with wireframes or anything that remotely resembles visual design. It doesn't end with pushing the product "live". Monitoring the performance metrics is critical and then letting the metrics guide you in making changes/iterations as rapidly as possible. If I'm developing an "Experience", my process begins with a discovery process that ends with a solid understanding of what the Business wants and what users need, then following the data that tells us if we are succeeding. I learned a long time ago that putting the user at the center of the experience could be a tricky proposition, but it worth advocating for because the product will meet the users' needs. My philosophy is "if the user wins, the business wins". I excel in helping the Business ideate/define the business ask and then crawling inside the user's mind to develop empathy of what are their pain points and how to develop a frictionless experience. My goal at the end of the user's experience is that they believe that their experience was useful, usable and accessible. I have many case studies of showing Product Owners, executives and stakeholders the value of doing user research to establish pain points, creating personas, journey maps and other artifacts.
