    We currently offer an inital 3- hour training presentations. These presentations focus on de-escalation and crisis communications skills. The classes taught are either in-person or via zoom meeting. This is not your death by PowerPoint, but rather an interactive participation that can be fun and engaging. I am a Naval veteran, former patrol officer and spent the last 3 years overseeing private security within a private hospital. I have a diverse experience in public safety. I have worked in several facets of the field for both government and private organizations. My skill set centers on de-escalation, crisis intervention and new hire orientation. The goal is to show employees how to effectively deescalate volatile situations and put in the extra effort to ensure safer outcomes. Our training sessions are based on the needs of you the client. Different organizations require different skills sets. A proposal is put together during out initial meeting. *For one day training sessions, there will be presenters in the morning and/or afternoon. Our goal is to ensure that participants leave our classes with at least one skill set they didn’t have before. These training sessions require an open mind and a willingness to learn a new skill.
