There are two ways to buy: with emotion or with rationale. Often times a website design team will give you template websites that may look beautiful but are lacking in good copy, they write what they think sounds logical. Good design is only part of the formula; good copy is a must.
You don't pay $4 a day for coffee at your local cafe, leaving your coffee pot to collect dust, because it is logical.
