I provided grant writing and editorial skills to Greater Denver Interfaith Alliance (2007-10). I worked with two primary nonprofits through my business. With Votaw Colony Museum, Inc., I co-coordinated two-day public history events held in different locations in eastern Kansas (2006-11). I especially enjoyed my project management work at BlackPast.Org (2008-13) where I obtained photo permissions for the group’s online reference center and developed a new section on African American and African Diaspora Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (LGBTQ) history.
