    Dear Freelance Employers, My name is Maida. I am a Paralegal based out of Marietta, Georgia. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Pre-Law. I also attained my Paralegal Certificate through Gannon University in Erie, PA. In my previous experience, I worked for Judge Stephanie Domitrovich in Erie County, PA for four years. During my tenure at the Erie County Court of Common Pleas, I observed and briefed cases for Family Court, examined public records and dockets, researched precedent and related cases, assisted in the administration and preparation for a mock trial presentation, and conducted research employing online resources such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Upon moving to Atlanta, GA in 2015, I attained a Litigation Paralegal role with Morgan & Morgan, PLLC, which is one of the largest civil litigation firms throughout the U.S. I managed approximately 300 cases in litigation for two high-demand attorneys, one of whom was the Managing Partner. Some of my tasks included: Performed electronic filings in State and Federal Courts, reviewed, analyzed, and summarized medical records and deposition transcripts, prepared pleadings, and drafted pre-trial orders, and mediation summaries. In addition to my legal experience and education, I have exceptional administrative and real estate abilities. I was employed by Agresti Real Estate for two years, assisting a staff that consisted of: Director of Operations, Broker, two Residential Appraisers, four Sales Associates, three Appraiser Trainees, and a Property Manager with various tasks that included: Established relationships with appraisal management companies to facilitate well-organized closings, answered a high-volume of incoming calls and in-person inquiries from clients, collaborated with other real estate professionals to draft successful appraisal reports, etc. I am a young, zealous, and professional Paralegal who can uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
