I have used Excel for over 13 years, and have continued to further my knowledge of it by challenging myself to find ways to use Excel to answer questions and solve problems. I am constantly faced with problems to troubleshoot due to my engineering background. I approach all problems with a unique perspective trying to find what I believe are the biggest issues of a project so that they can be resolved on the front end and an Excel workbook will continue to work properly long after I've completed my work. Many people looking for VBA work don't realize some of the inherent problems that can come along with it, and that is why I find many people looking for VBA re-work because macro's no longer work as originally intended. Creating formula's in a spreadsheet doesn't have to make the spreadsheet look bad. A lot of VBA work can be done in Excel through simple formula use without creating additional future problems to resolve.
